El acoso inmobiliario es un conjunto de prácticas antisociales basadas en el acoso y abuso para forzar que alguien abandone el inmueble en que habita. Estas prácticas se aplican generalmente contra inquilinos, aunque también existen casos contra propietarios de inmuebles con el objeto de presionarlos a vender sus posesiones inmobiliarias.

The kingdom of the Kentish (Old English: Cantaware Rīce; Latin: Regnum Cantuariorum), today referred to as the Kingdom of Kent, was an early medieval kingdom in what is now South East England. Establishing itself in either the fifth or sixth centuries CE, it continued to exist until being fully absorbed into the Kingdom of England in the tenth century.

Más allá del caso juzgado, la importancia del caso MARBURY VS. MADISON (1803) radica en que el fallo judicial emitido, funda las bases del Derecho Constitucional moderno para la doctrina del Derecho universal, así como también se instituye en una de las decisiones más importante en la historia de la Corte Suprema de Estados Unidos. Este caso sentó el dogma jurídico de revisión judicial y la facultad de la Corte para juzgar la constitucionalidad de las acciones de las ramas legislativa y ejecutiva.
